Yes I am still alive (= And here is a quick overview of what has happened lately...
Let's see, I got straight 'A's this semester yay! After the semester ended I was a counselor at that camp. I had loads of fun but it was so stressful and exhausting that I was pretty sick for a little over a week. Once I got better shelly_ellie and I started working out. She is great motivation!
I was sposed to work at the local elementary school but I kept getting pushed off. Now all I do is sit in my comfy chair with my laptop on my lap (*gasp* I'm using it correctly haha) and with the tv on. I've got a schedule down of watching two hours of Judging Amy, two hours of Beveryly Hills 90210, and two hours of Charmed on weekdays. The weekends have been spent shopping with Shell which has given me the chance to buy some new shirts, bras, capris, and flip flops. I've also finished reading "Red" and "White", both by Ted Dekker and have reread "OotP" and have started the rereading of "HBP". Oh and another thing I've been doing is renting cheap movies. This week is my childlike week because I rented "Eragon" and "Happy Feet." I think soon I'll watch one of them.
Wow that was a super quick version of my summer thus far. How sad, I guess I really haven't done much at all. At least in 32 days I'll be in Europe!! Oh yeah speaking of the trip. There is a family member that I have never heard of that is 12 years old and when he heard that Shell and I are going to Europe for Harry Potter stuff he took it as I was dating the star of the movie! Haha! Talk about illegal (= Couldn't help but laugh.
And one more thing. I finally got my placement for student teaching. I'm in the next town over from Washougal and was placed in a 4th grade classroom. Just the grade I wanted too! I get to meet the teacher next Friday and help out a bit already. She wants my input for the way the classroom should look next year since I'll be a huge help for over half of the year. Yay! (=
