Visionary!
I went on Saturday to Visionworks to get my new glasses and they told me they would be ready today at 1. I went now after work and gave the guy my receipt. He goes to the cabinet and looks under L for my glasses. I see this puzzled look on the guy's face. He goes through every pair in the box. Nothing. He starts going through the J and K and M and N boxes. Nothing. He goes to the back room. Nothing. He starts asking the other guys that work with him. Nothing. He sits on the floor looking though every box from A to Z. Nothing. Half an hour later, the guy is freaking out and apologizing that he would call me tonight to see if they find the glasses. He just called me that they still haven't found the glasses. They are going to call tomorrow and if they still haven't found the glasses, they are making me a new pair.
