I have been unable to post for days because of an error message that keeps saying I have no text. I contact LJ who ask me a bunch of questions but nothing is fixed. LOL. I might have told you that if I'd known you were having a problem, but I never post in anything BUT HTML, so I wasn't aware there was an issue. *smoosh*

I am beginning to think I should just use html. But I am terrible with remember what I need to do and what symbols for what. Maybe I need a cheat sheet!

Hmm, I'm sure there are tons of tutorials around, but I don't have a link handy.

YOu don't really need to know that much, just i or em for italics, b, bold, or strong, for boldface, u or underline for underline, center for center, strike for strike through. LOL. Just remember to close every tag, and you're good to go. The hardest one is the tag for lj-cuts and lj-user/comm names.

Thanks...I used to have a kind of typed little html thing in an old word document. I tend to screw up the closing tags and wind up with an entire fic of italic text. *giggles* still, I really think learning it would be a smart way to go after the past two days. It is not like I post everyday or anything, but you depend on being able to post when you want.

I must have tried 50 different times on other browsers and different coms and I was going crazy. All I needed to do was html.

Shit.

That sucks! In general, I think the rich text posting format is of the devil, but if you like to use it you should be able to. :D

Well, just rub in your computer literacy why doncha? I suppose I can figure this out.
