My brother Nunik, his girlfriend Cindy and I went out last night. Cindy and I talked about it Sunday and since I said I wanted to treat him to pizza but since my budget's shot, I might put it off. So she offered to buy the pizza and I get the movie. Deal.
We went to Blue Wave in Marikina. It's a pretty nice place. Too bad we weren't able to go around much. We only had time to buy pizza from YC and go to the cinema.
There are only three cinemas in Blue Wave. When I checked the movies were Piolo Pascual's Chopsuey, Nancy Drew and Disturbia. Cindy and I wanted Nancy Drew, but the birthday boy balked and said Chopsuey nalang. When we arrived, it was Love Story, so we watched that (two Pinoy movies in a row for me! Himala!) Verdict: Ok sana yung movie but it was dragging towards the end. Oh well, at least everything was resolved. I ran through the story in my head and I couldn't find anything (issues, questions, etc) that wasn't unanswered.
It was also the first time I was in a movie theater devoid of people. I wanted to take a picture sitting on the third row with the empty seats as my background, but the security came in so we had to go. Nunik took Cindy home and I went on ahead.
We also had pictures but I'm not in any of them. I like taking pictures more ehehe.
