capital one sucks
they dont let me log on to their web site to pay my bill. so i have to call them up and pay over the phone. now, i used all the same information and i got in and could pay. this took a littlebit longer, but i dont care about that. what i care about is that they charged my $10 to pay via phone whereas online woulda been free. so, im not gunna use that cad anymore. im gunna just pay it off and cancel it. they think tghey can screw me over? well, they lost a customer. unless they increase my credit limit, im at $200 now which is an insult. my other card has $1000. so, yea, screw capital one.
