Today is my final day in Bhubaneswar.  We finished our last show on the 24th, but since then we've done a photo shoot at Mukteshwar temple, watched a ton of Odissi performances and lecture demonstrations, and I've desperately tried to catch up on the errands we had no time to do during rehearsal.  We even got our hotel room cleaned.  Moria has been an awesome roommate, but I haven't had my own bed since December 11th, and I probably won't until my last day in India, unless Alva sends me to a hotel.  The group dynamic this trip has been great.  None of us hate each other, and even our teacher continues to be in a good mood.  Also, I've finally gotten a cold.  I seriously appreciate my immune system holding steady until our performances were done, especially given how hard we were working.  Now for some hard travel (2 flights, then a four hour shared jeep ride, assuming I catch the last jeeps) to my friend Alva's village of Tura on the western end of Meghalaya.  And there will be locally brewed rice beer.
