Well, I've been thinking about getting my older Farscape fic up here at my LJ and so, in honor of kate98 needing some romance fic, I've decided to go ahead and do it, starting with this little response to a challenge

I followed the link over from Kate98's journal. I'm a relatively new convert to Farscape, but I fell in love hard and fast about 2 months ago.

What episode of Farscape is your icon on this post from?

Actually, I don't think it's from an ep, per se. The icon was made by wav, but I think she used a couple of screencaps and 'shopped them together. The John pic I have no idea what it's from; the Aeryn pic is definitely s3, maybe Fractures or Into the Lion's Den 1?

I remembered this piece, but vaguely, and so had a quick reread. Still a nice piece. There's a small word missing in there somewhere. And your aversion to writing dialogue for Aeryn back in those days still sticks out for me.

Jeez, I never get tired of hearing myself talk about your writing, do I?

And where did this 'Pit of Voles' thing come from? I've never heard that one before.

The Pit of Voles reference comes from several people on LJ, actually. I don't know who coined the phrase, but I've only ever seen it in reference to fanfiction.net. :P

I still need to get caught up on my reading. Not only do I have a "fic that I must read" entry in my memories that's a mile and a half long, but I've noticed that I also need to get cracking on edswhackbetas, too. *meep*

edswhackbetas may be getting updated fairly soon, but I won't be announcing it. I'll be sure to let you know when I've got something worth reading. I'm gonna be relatively quiet for the next while, until I get some work done on these writing projects that have been stagnating over the last year.

But seriously, you've got more than enough to read and write elsewhere. I'll wait.
