In case you hadn't noticed *rolls eyes at self*, I had kind of a bad day today.
So what do I find when I get home? A late Christmas present waiting for me on the front porch. A late prezzie from illust8r. After I finally got the thing opened and unwrapped, inside I found a t-shirt. A beautiful t-shirt, shiny white with forest green at the armbands and neck.
And an incredible design on the front. Since I don't yet have the technology to show it to you guys, I'll try to do it justice here:
Down the left side it says "HELO." Across the bottom right it says "BOOMER." Right next to Boomer's call sign is a small pic from Water, where Helo and Sharon were talking and heard the Colonial signal and then he almost kissed her. The main logo is a Cylon centurion with kind of a concentric circle design superimposed. All of this is in off shades of green and orange. And over the whole: "He didn’t care anymore. That she was a Cylon, that he was human, that her fellow Cylons had destroyed most of the human race, that they were enemies. She was Sharon. Sharon, who he had loved for years, even if no one knew it but him." And last but not least, for the front, anyway, it says: Words by Karen B. Design by Leslie H. Then on the back is the design she made for me a few months back, the kinda turquoise colored "writer girl" logo with sabaceanbabe on it.
Hee. Cheered me right the frak up. :P
