So, dear flist, how does one start an online petition and bring it to the attention of the powers that be to NOT cast an actor in a role?
One of the few things that could get me to never see the rest of the Hunger Games movies would be to cast Robert Pattinson as Finnick Odair. D: (This just opens up a whole new world of DO NOT WANT for me. YMMV.)
I want this NOT to happen as much as I want them to actually cast Armie Hammer in the role. I'm sure Pattinson is a perfectly nice guy, and probably a decent actor when he's given something good to work with, but to be perfectly petty, I can't stand his face. (Yes, I'm a bad and shallow person.)
Armie Hammer - YES, PLEASE.
Garrett Hedlund - If I can't have Armie, yes, please.
Jesse Williams - If I can't have Armie or Garrett, yes, please.
Some as yet unconsidered handsome, good actor - see above.
Some random guy who auditions on a dare or a bet - see above.
Alex Pettyfer - even he would better than RPatt.
