I just found those spoilers and I thought I could/should share it with the community... don't know how I like them, though... XD
1-12 "The Tempest" January 10
Bay fails to impress Emmett's mom Melody. Regina tries to help Bay with Melody at a game night, but it's not as easy as expected.
Daphne attempts to fit in with her new friend Simone (Maiara Walsh). Simone dares Daphne to go over and kiss a guy; the guy is up for it, but his girlfriend is not as excited about this.
Daphne considers leaving the Carlton basketball team to play for Buckner.
Wilke and Toby try to earn money by making fake ID's.
A reporter wants Kathryn's help in writing a sensationalized version of what happened, but Kathryn considers writing her own story. How will Regina feel about that, though?
This episode will repeat at 10 PM and then again next Tuesday right before the next new episode.
1-13 "Self-Portrait With Bandaged Ear" January 17
Daphne learns the real reason Buckner wanted her to play on their team. She's frustrated because the basketball coach won't let her play.
Daphne finally confronts Angelo about why he left.
Bay supports Emmett when he gets into trouble; Melody's still unhappy with Bay.
Angelo makes Regina a business offer she can't refuse.
John and Kathryn learn some news from their lawyer that might kill their case.

John and Kathryn meet with several new possible lawyers concerning their legal issues with the hospital. Also, Kathryn's writing a memoir about her experiences.
Daphne and Bay support the same cause.
1-15 "Expulsion From the Garden of Eden" January 31
Emmett moves in with his dad.
Angelo joins the Kennishes at dinner.
Wilke informs Daphne he's moving out of state.
A woman named Sarah Lazar who has a history with John shows up.
Daphne is working in the office at the Kennish car wash.

We'll meet Monica, a teenage Latina who Daphne knew from her old neighborhood. She's on a track team that practices at Buckner Hall. Monica and Simone clash when Simone suspects Monica stole her watch.

One of Regina's clients owns an art gallery and Regina gets him to look at Emmett's photos.

Regina has a display at an art gallery.
Daphne and Wilke lead a tour at Buckner Hall for several boosters. She's supposed to be talking up the school, but her focus goes elsewhere...
1-19 "The Disasters of War"
Kathryn and her lawyer meet with Angelo's lawyer, who reveals the hospital plans to argue that Regina switched the babies on purpose.
Regina meets with a mother whose daughter lost her hearing.
Daphne is playing basketball at the Carlton School for the Deaf; she doesn't get along with a boy named Theo.
