Oh, poor Bruce. LOL. He has his hands full here. This was great.

Aww! *sniffles a bit* Poor Clark, so hopped up on Pink K and Bruce making him cry! ;) But Clark was worried about embarrassing Bruce! Bad Bat! :)

Bruce redeemed himself by taking such good care of Clark. Movieverse Clark seems a little more vulnerable than even comicsverse Clark. *pets the pretty Kryptonian*

Nice pink/black imagery and Bruce realizing what it meant. :)

I just wanted to hug Clark the whole time I was writing this. He didn't even understand what was going on until Bruce mentioned his estrogen levels! O_O

But Bruce was appropriately mortified by his own behavior, I think, as he should be. He loves his Kryptonian so... ^_^ This Clark is more innocent, too, I think, than the comics version. More naive and vulnerable emotionally.

Glad the imagery worked! :D

Thank you so much!!

This Clark is more innocent, too, I think, than the comics version. More naive and vulnerable emotionally.

I'd say it was because he lost Jonathan so early in this 'verse, and then was isolated (for a dozen? years!) at the Fortress for training, and then five years on that mission to Krypton.

I dislike all this isolation and think a dozen years away from humanity for training is stupid. I prefer Clark learning 'on-the-job' or at least only spending a year or two away. It puts him out-of-touch with the people he's supposed to protect.

Comicsverse Clark lives among us and understands us as best as anyone can, and can balance his feeling of being different with happy memories of good times with his parents and friends. Poor movieverse Clark can't.

Hmm, maybe 2008 will see me attempt movieverse Clark. I wish I could do justice to movieverse Bruce, but I've never seen that movie. I hope I can before the next movie comes out but if I can't, I'll get details from people who have! ;)

I really can't stand all that isolation, either. Generally, I discount the long training altogether, and imagine he only trained for a year, maybe, in between traveling, more like comics Clark. Still, he's young and more inexperienced than comics Clark, so that counts for a lot of it. Having screwed up with Lois just makes it all worse, I think. *hugs him tight* My poor, broken Clark. :(

I'd love to see you do movieverse Clark, and Bruce, too! That's how I always see your "Freedom Series" Clark and Bruce, anyway. :p Seriously, go pick up BB. CB ROCKS as Bruce. ^_^

AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Queen Clark!!

Man, the art was fabulous, and this is just there too. Bruce's thoughts about not having painted his nails since highschool, it just undid me, LMAO. Oh, man. He would have, too, the pretty silly gloomy cookie. Both of them painting each others nails, oh god.

Poor Clark, having hormonal spikes is the worstest of all. Yes, worstest. Also, poor Bruce, having to deal with them.. I love his moment of 'am I really such an asshole? auuughh!' self doubt. Ah, boys. Pure crack. Thanks for sharing!!

*snickers* ^_~ I know, right? :p

Samibee's art was just too awesome to not have some sort of fic attached to it. And, well, I felt a little guilty, since the prompt she used for the WFGE was mine. :p

Glad you liked my Bruce, here. He would have been in college in the early 90's, just when goth was getting popular, and I think he - the little dark one he is - would have been all over that. And can you just imagine him grumbling through Clark painting his nails? XD

*hugs Clark some more* Hormonal fluctuations suck ass. And Bruce... *hugs him, too* I know it's not easy to be on the receiving end of that.

Thank you so very much for the great feedback! ^_^

Haha! :p Don't you just want to hug him and tell him it's gonna be ok?

Thanks so much! I don't think I could get this image out of my head now, even if I were to bleach my eyeballs! O_O Poor Clark. :p
