Awww. It's just so sweet, with Clark thawing out the Bat in more ways than one. I like the image of Bruce allowing himself to indulge in Clark's comfort and warmth (literal and metaphorical), and just telling the Bat to go to hell. Because no matter what he tries to pretend, Bruce is still only human, and there will be nights when he is grateful for Clark's taking care of him.

One thing I've always liked about the pairing is the light and dark. They are in opposition and yet, go together so well, you captured that aspect of their relationship perfectly.

Poor Batman in the days before Christmas- his must *really* suck then. It's bad enough being in it, let alone having to keep people safe from themselves and others.

And then yay for Clark, of course. He always makes things better for Brucie. And he better make sure he helps Bruce warm up in the jacuzzi later.

I can easily imagine him being miserable at the punishment people put themselves through at the holidays, having to clean up the mess that their lack of judgment brings on. He'd grumble his way through it, just to get finished and get home to have a nice, quiet, uninterrupted Xmas day. :p

Isn't Clark great like that? ^_~ Time in the jacuzzi sounds like a good, solid plan to me!
