I'm not one for paranormal-type 'verses, usually, but I'm rather struck by this one. Zombie!Alfred, wolf!Jason, elf!Dick, vampire!Tim... and the scene between Dick and Bruce made me think there's something 'other' to Bruce as well, aside from his typical My Parents Are Dead theme. It's almost as though what's good and light, as represented by Dick, literally attracts and repels him at once... which just makes me speculate wildly on what kind of otherwordly darkness resides in Bruce. A soul eater of some kind, perhaps? *is inappropriately amused*

Totally think Dick needs a pet vampire!Timmy to snuggle and perhaps later to pull him back into the family circle. Even when your family is a bunch of night-obsessed weirdos, they're still your family, and Dick being Dick, he's going to love them in spite of themselves.

But that's just my take. *grin* Fun story! Which, uh, is probably not the response you were looking for, but I'm weird that way.

Hee!! Thank you so much! ^___^ I'm so glad this series got you thinking. I don't usually do paranormal 'verses, either, outside of Supernatural, but au_bingo has really gotten me looking at things from a different perspective.

You're definitely on the right track about Bruce; he's got a lot of 'other' going on. I have an au_bingo square reserved just for him. ^_~

I might just have to write a Dick and Tim story in this 'verse, too. :p Everything is from Bruce's POV, so I've gotta figure out how to work it.
