So I wandered over here as well, because I love OT3s, man, and this is such a great handling of it. They have different relationships with each other, and it is about their relationships and how they fit together differently between them.

I have a not-so-seekrit love for OT3s (writing and reading) because of the more-complex dynamics involved. It's just *fascinating*! ... I'm glad you think I did these 3 justice, thank you!

I know I sound like a whiney fangirl, but please can we have more of this?

I loved the way Sarah put down Sally and the way her strength compliments both the boys and how Sherlock loves them both and they love eachother and him and how they just work. I think they will have to get a house to have all together, but keep renting the 221b because really, Mrs. Hudson is awesome (and still not their housekeeper!).

Guh. And did I mention how hot this was? Oh yeah. Oooooh yeah.

(They will totally do the living situation the way they did in the books: John and his wife in a house somewhere, Sherlock still in 221b because Sherlock doesn't hold with that 'babyproofing' nonsense. But there will be much back-and-forth visiting, yes.)

I am happy happy at the thought of them having a canon-esque relationship. BWEE. I can see John and Sarah having a baby and Sherlock secretly doing his best to spoil the kiddo and then he's found out because he's crashed out on the sofa with the baby crashed out on top of him.

And then denying it ever happened. Oh yeah.

hee hee hee. I like to think that Sherlock would be fascinated, like "it's a TINY HUMAN. And all of it's brain pathways are still MALLEABLE." And then it goes wonky from there, like him browsing educational toys and declaring them all rubbish, buying half of them and modding them to his specs. YEAH. Sherlock in this corner of my headcanon is so cracked out...

(I like to think that it's less about *making room* for her and more about John needing someone stable to offset the madness that is Sherlock. One man cannot handle that alone. But then again, I've written JW/SH fics, too, so lord only knows what my real headcanon is at this point... O.o)

..although I AM finding it difficult to write 'plain' J/S now, because I always have to write a line or two at least to say 'no, John and Sarah broke up' or WORSE 'John is *cheating* on Sarah' and I don't want to do EITHER to her anymore. ='(

And yeah, Sarah's a bit off, isn't she? She'd have to be, really. But I like her that way. :D

haha, thank you! (My husband & I have a quasi-open relationship, and we know many poly people, so I am totally about writing OT3s like they can be healthy and happy. Because damn. Sometimes it *does* work.)

Awesome! I am not the jealous type at all so I would have no problem with having a poly relationship. I think frankly that many relationships could be saved by people being less jealous and more open/poly - instead of having to choose either/or.

Hope to read some more John/Sarah/Sherlock from you, then! :D

YES. WAAAAY too many relationships end over the stupidest jealousy shit, like, 'you *look* at other women' or 'you smile too much at your guy friends' AUGH. If there is no actual cheating, wtf?? I just don't get it. /sigh

(I will try, but there are one or two plot bunnies in the queue first, and I don't know precisely where to go from here specifically. We shall see.)
