Sims 3 help needed

My game won't start. :( I get to the part where I have to select my saved game & after I select this, it just loads indefinitely.

I do get the following message after I start up the game:




I thought it might have something to do with some new sliders I installed, but after removing them I still get this message.

I did just install the new patch. Could it have something to do with that?

Anyone know what the problem might be & even more important, how I can fix it?

Update:

I took out all my hacks & stuff that could cause any problems and though I don't get the message from above anymore, my game still won't load. Grrrr!
