ho-ly shit am i tired!
i didn't reach my bed till 4:30 in the a.m., and i wasn't able to fall asleep till about 5. i was at work by 8. i am ridiculously tired. coffee's not helping. usually i can hang after a night with close to no sleep, but with midterms the past two weeks, i've been doing a lot of this not-sleeping nonsense. i need sleep!!!
so last night was a blast. we got to a pumpkin patch one min before they closed. but that was after we stopped at "sugar bush farm." now that place was creeepy! totally reminded me of "texas chainsaw massacre." there were old abandoned cars and trailers, some without wheels, just chilling in an open space in the middle of nowhere. we ended up there by making a wrong turn. as soon as we realized we weren't where we needed to be we booked it. after getting our pumpkins we had a fabulous dinner cooked by miss laura walters; i had to borrow a couple recipes. then we went on to have a carving contest, and i won! we all did a really good job, damn near professional shit. i missed the bobbing for apples bc i had to run home and brew up some coffee. we ended the night with a movie - "the ammityville horror" and it freaked us all out. but in all it was a fantastic fun time. :) pictures will be posted as soon as the girls post theirs and i can steal them. >:D
oh yes that reminds me, i'm adding a digital camera to my bday present wish list. ;)
