really scary dream
holy crap. i woke up from this dream like a half hour ago and i was so scared. it felt so real.
So apparently me and my mom and chris, zach, & steph were on this vacation to a 5-star hotel at the beach that we'd won somehow [like we ever win anything, LOL]. So we want to check into the front desk but there's this mom & her two little kids there talking to the lady. The little kids are reading off this list saying "We want goldfish delivered at noon, ice cream sundaes as desert, soap in the shape of our faces [wtf??], and fresh fish to feed our pet dinosaur [wtf x300]." Of course we were all looking at each other like, can you believe how spoiled these kids are??? It didn't seem like they were going to be finished talking to the lady at the desk anytime soon, so I wanted to go to the beach. My mom, chris, and steph were like, "Ohhhh, we want to go hiking." So Zach took me to the beach and then left me to go play tennis. Nice, Zach. Anyway, I was in the water next to this lifeguard woman, because apparently at the 5-star resort we had our own personal lifeguard. But she was talking to this other lifeguard, not like it mattered because I was probably about waist deep in the ocean. Then I see these shark fins sticking up from the water. At first I only see two really far away. Then ALL THESE FINS START STICKING UP RIGHT NEXT TO ME. I start freaking out but i don't want to scream because I'm afraid that will make the sharks attack me. So I start swimming frantically but even though I'm swimming I'm not moving. Then all of a sudden i feel all these teeth clamp around my leg. WHOEVER SAYS YOU CANNOT FEEL PAIN IN A DREAM IS FREAKING WRONG, OKAY? So that's when I start screaming hysterically. The lifeguard sees me and is like "OH MY GOD!" and she swimgs out of the water and runs away. So I keep screaming and screaming and the shark is just like swallowing me up at this point, when there's this boat coming out to the water and someone seriously takes me by the arms and starts trying to SHAKE THE SHARK OFF OF ME. I start screaming again and they're like "Sorry! Sorry! This is the only way!" Finally the shark comes off and they pull me up. So at this point I'm still screaming but they are all "Calm down, please! It's okay!" And then suddenly I feel okay, like it still hurts a little, but not like a shark just tore me apart. So then this person with a first aid kit is examining my legs and she's like, "Amazing! Not one drop of blood! It's a miracle!" And I was kind of like, "seriously? No one is going to believe this happened now. They are all going to think I'm psycho." But I didn't say that out loud obviously. And then I was like, "That. Was. The. Scariest. Thing. That's. Ever. Happened. To. Me. Ah, my side really hurts." And so they wanted to check for blood, there wasn't any blood but there was this HUGE NASTY BRUISE and the first aid person goes, "OH MY GOD, YOU HAVE MASSIVE INTERNAL BLEEDING. YOU NEED TO GET TO THE HOSPITAL. IT'LL BE OKAY, IT'S JUST ONE ORGAN IT LOOKS LIKE." And then I see her eyes get all wide and her face turn white and the other people on the boat go, "OH MY GOD!" because suddenly all these bruises appear all over my arms, legs, face, stomach, etc. And the nurse/first aid/whatever person goes, "OH MY GOD, IT'S EVERY ORGAN IN YOUR BODY." and then i think i was going to scream but i woke up.
AND I'M NOT EVEN AFRAID OF SHARKS.
i wanted to do that swim with sharks excursion thing when we were on our cruise :[
so wtf, subconscious? trying to give me irrational fears??
