Worst... Turnout... Ever
Well, the barbecue's over, and only about 11 people showed up. I guess that's what happens when your parents decide to take you on vacation for almost the whole month of July, and then not being able to tell everybody about it. It turned out ok though, but I have a lot of leftover food. Our best turnout at a barbecue ever was like 100 a few years back, and the next-worst was about 30 a couple of years ago. Next year, I guess I'll just have to do the barbecue a little after YC and give out flyers and such, or nobody will show up.
Anyways, my b-day is on Monday, but I'm just not excited, and I don't know why. Birthdays get less and less exciting over time. I have a talk tomorrow, and then a week of work before flying out to Utah for EFY. Finally I'll get to do something FUN for basically the first time this vacation.
