One more month...
It's August now. Come September (Start of the fiscal year) I'll be moving up the ranks in the company. The first letter in my job title will be removed. Won't that be fun??? (Oh yes it would be fun).
Sister came back from China. My portable hard drive was not replaced. T.T I'll have to buy the hard disk here. I can reuse the casing though. Where to buy? Where to buy?
Levelling in badminton tournament was earlier this morning and we got creamed BAD. First match up and we lost. Then our levels were set. We were among the guppies in the pool swimming with the sharks. I think Ricky and I got what we wanted. I wanted to player at a skill level that's lower than our actual level (nothing will get lower than our current level) and Ricky wanted to ve on the level where we are suited to play in (the levelling showed us that that was our level).
In the project I'm engaged in currently, the big cheese of the OM side told us to be only 92% productive, which conflicts with our goal of being 96% productive. The team is exploring the possibilities of having half-day Fridays along with the planned trainings and the planned time offs to meet the required time away from work. Team lead told us that each member of the team has at least 70 hours of time away from work. Oh what fun hehehe. To be forced not to work; it's certainly interesting.
