Vocabulary Story.
My First Day
My first week of school was very busy. I was extremely cumbersome. I had been running late to my first period class, so I decided that I should take a short cut. Unfortunately, my short cut just got me into more trouble. I stepped into a puddle of mud and it was spasmodic. It diffused onto my white skirt and white shoes. Practically ruining them both. What a dilemma. I panicked and set out in search for the bathroom in attempt to efface my clothing. So I found a door that I thought was the girl’s restroom, but it turned out it belonged to the boys. Uh-oh. And the worse thing was that there were boys in there. I froze, I was deadlock. So I closed the door, and tried not to let my unbridled anger show. I had sure made a muddle of things. So I acted like I was calm and content. I was ready to relinquish, but I found the girl’s bathroom. Exasperatedly I set to work to remove the perennial mud from my clothing. I was admonishing myself for having to take the short cut. I started to believe that if I were only circumspect this wouldn’t have happened. I should have look closer to the grass. So I scrubbed, trying to salvage what was left of my shoes. I got out most of the mud, but you can see it a little. I was drying my shoes when I noticed that there the debris from the mud must of splattered on my shirt. So I cleaned that off as well and made my way back to class. My day was truly not spurious.
