Reply form on EntryPage?

Is there a simple method of including the reply form at the bottom of an EntryPage?  I'm currently writing a lite layout and would like to include the full reply form at the bottom of each page of comments.

I don't know whether it's possible, because EntryPage and ReplyPage appear to be kept separated completely in the Core layer:

EntryPage doesn't seem to encompass any of ReplyPage's functions. The multiform it refers to, as far as I'm aware, is the comment delete/reply/screen/freeze options on comments.

Bummer. I was hoping to create something that looked like the post & comments & reply form layout you'll find on other sites, like here for example.
