Opal: cleaned css

I'm kinda new here and a complete loser when it comes to layers, plus basic account users cannot change layers, can they? I wanted to create a Opal layout only by css like I did and still do with Smooth Sailing and Flexible Squares etc. But it seems I cannot find a cleaned css for Opal. Can anybody help me?
