'reply to comment' link missing from entry page
Hey, all-
My journal is lady_iphigeneia, my account is paid, and I'm using one of interlinea's Velvet layouts. I've been playing with it -- I had the problem of the navigation links box sitting on top of my header, but I fixed it by screwing with the CSS to force it where it belongs in IE7, which has the side effect of making it look crappy in firefox. If anyone knows how to fix it properly (though scrolling back through the past 100 entries here seems to indicate no) I'd really appreciate it.
But my problem is different, like it says in my subject, on my entry page I don't have a 'reply to comment' link. At all. This isn't just annoying, it sort of makes it impossible for people to reply to comments on my lj. Help?

Also, if anyone would like to help me put a space between "mood:" / "music:" / "tags:" and the contents of those boxes, I'd really appreciate it; the lack of space is kinda annoying, but not absolutely required.
EDIT: Because when I looked in firefox, not logged in, I could see the reply link -- here's a screenshot of what I see.
