uhm.. ok.. it doesn't seem to be working.. it's supposed to go into the custom css section right?

I'm not sure, but I think you have to change to S1 to get to the overrides.

The first part, the function, needs to go in a custom theme layer. If you aren't already using a theme layer, see

The second part, which is only two lines, goes into the Custom CSS section.
