Date has disappeared from entries

I did some extensive editing of the Flexible Squares code, and I just noticed that the date on my entries has disappeared, both on the recent and friends views. I can't read S2 well enough to figure out what I did wrong, so could someone please help me figure out what I screwed up and tell me how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
