Local time in comment datestamp - SOLVED

I'm looking for a way to make the times listed in the datestamp for comments in my journal to be in my local time. I know it can be done [as it's done in this comm], but I'm not sure what to do.
I only have one public post in my journal with comments, so if you want to see what it's looking like now, click here.
Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.
