theme layer problems

Hi! I've got a few problems and I'm hoping someone can help. Thank you in advance ^^

o1 in my current layout at heygingersnap, I'd like the tags to appear under the mood & music. I tried to use this tutorial, but it gave me a look I didn't want by making the mood icon to the right with the currents and tags to the left with a black background. I'd like it to

1) Thank you so much! That rearranged it the way I want it. ^^
2) I put in the code exactly as you gave me, but the currents are still not bolded. It's not only the tags: label, it's actually all the currents labels for some reason :x

I meant that when I check my friends page, the tags for a post (if tagged) should show up, but for some posts that I made to communities that I know I tagged, they don't show up when I view them on my friends page. (ie. I made a post to madeintwenty and tagged it, and this community is on my flist, but when I opened my friends page, the tags weren't there despite that I put them in.) Does that make sense? :x

Ah, actually! After the tags were placed under the mood and music, somehow they are all appearing now. O___O; Quite strange. But thank you so much for your help! ♥
