alignment of entries in friendslist

Hi. Browsing my friendslist I have recently noticed a problem with the alignment of some of the separate entries. I was hoping somebody could help me out with this.

I've included pictures of the problem and a screenshot of my layer highlighting where I assume the problem is coming from, but I'm not sure that I am pinpointing correctly.

This alignment problem came up three times on my friendslist. Initially, I thought it was because the incorrectly indented/aligned post had a picture at the beginning of the entry. But the picture was smaller than others that have shown up on there, AND, later on when I checked back, the alignment was normal again.

Then I found two entries and they looked like this (only one):

Now, this one and the other problem entry both directly follow very short entries, so I'm assuming my layout is at fault here.

This is a screenshot of my source code area where I think the problem is coming from.

I have changed the values of .clear several times but it hasn't helped at all, so I'm at a loss as to what's wrong.

My layer source is here.

I'd appreciate any help anyone may offer as it's driving me crazy. This is the first time I've used flexible squares. Thanks to this comm, I've manage to manipulate the layout into the way I wanted and it wasn't too complicated, so this little glitch is so annoying.

Thanks so much!

Also I'm not sure if I tagged this post correctly; sorry in advance.
