[paid accounts] Sidebar calendar week starts on Monday instead of Sunday

Jun 04, 2005 00:13

To make the sidebar calendar start the week on Monday instead of Sunday

1. Create a new theme layer. (Follow the steps in this post to create a theme layer.) If you have already created a theme layer for the style, just add the following code to it.

2. Copy the following code and paste it after the layerinfo statements.

Thanks. :)
Um. So is there a way to do this with the archive calendar as well?

Hi! I have a question - is it possible to have the calendar show the CURRENT month, not the latest month for which the post is available?

(I have a top post in my lj where people can leave comments, and it messes up my calendar)

Thanks!

Unfortunately, it isn't :( The only 'solution' that anyone has come up with so far is to change the date of the sticky entry to the last day of the current month, and then change it at the end of every month.

ooh, this is nifty. I knew that $*reg_firstdayofweek doesn't work, but I didn't know of this solution. /me bookmarks

Camomiletea linked me to this at Support and I've adapted it to Component. Thank you very much. It's brilliant. :) I'll credit you properly when I turn it into a top-level post.
