Serious Footer/Comment Weirdness

I'm hoping this isn't a product of my coding but after the last update (which caused issues) I started noticing this bar coming up across my posts with comments in them. You should be able to see it HERE. If not it looks like this:

Is it the comment bar that annoys you or only the mass-action part of it?

The whole thing. It is running over my entire layout and it wasn't there just a couple weeks ago.

I think div#footer.box would move it but it there are better ways to customize it because suddenly it is taking on the coding from my #footer section.

Hm, you could add the body's classes to #footer, except .lj-view-entry.

I'm not sure I understand that.

If instead of #footer you make it .lj-view-recent #footer, .lj-view-friends #footer, the footer code will only work on the Entries and Friends pages.

This only shows up when I'm in entires. I think changing the others would mess with my footer customizations.

I've tried it (on your layout with the Web Developer add-on) and it works.

Look I appreciate that you are attempting to help me but I don't understand what you are asking me to do.

The only thing I've see was this:
.lj-view-recent #footer, .lj-view-friends #footer,

I don't know what to do with that and when I tried coding something for it it messes with my footer links which I have outside of my content when I'm not in an entry. My issue is that when I am in an entry I start seeing the Mass Actions for Comment and the Comment Page links like they are the footer but they aren't.

I don't want the footer to change just the Mass Action and Comment links inside the entries.

And now I feel stupid because that makes sense and you are a LIFESAVER!!!! Sorry if I sounded difficult. I just wasn't getting what you meant. I guess I need to see things.
