Number of Entries on Custom Friends Page (Solved)

Hello, this is a problem, I first encountered a few months ago. Originally, my custom friends page would display the ten most recent entries, but from one day to the next (and without any tweaking of the custom layout on my side) it would only display the most recent three entries. Does anybody have any idea how to fix this? Any help would be

I do view 10 posts on your Friends page, but it's not the Custom one, which I don't think I can access.

Anyway, Friends pages only display posts made in the last 2 weeks, so depending on who you have on your Custom page, that might be the reason : people haven't posted enough recently to fill your Friends page.

Let me know if that's a different problem.

Did you look at my personal account (see info above) or my public account which I'm using for posting here? People have posted far more than three entries in the past two weeks on my personal account, so this cannot be the problem. Thanks for your help, though!

Ha, no, I looked at the account you used for posting. Obviously I shouldn't try IT support after midnight :D

Looking at your personal account, I also can see more than 10 entries. Is your custom Friends page private? Can you take a screencap of the page (mostly the bottom)?

Sorry about blanking the text (it was a very intimate post of one of my friends)! And, yes, the page doesn't even give me a "view earlier" or "go back" link.

How do I find out whether my custom friends page is private? I only know that the majority of my friends' entries displayed on it are private (I'm surprised you're seeing any at all, lol).

I'm not really sure what the problem is, because I can see exactly ten entries on the friends page, too.They show up fine both in FF and IE. And yes, I double checked that it was the right account you pointed to. At first I suspected that you might have activated any filters by accident, but your screenshot in one of the comments above shows that you don't. Just out of curiosity, what version of FF are you using and do you have any other browsers available you could check the page in?

I don't get it: When I log out of my personal journal, I'm able to see ten entries, too, once I log in, I cannot. I'll change my filters around and see if something happens. I'll get back to you later! Thanks for all the effort you two!

I believe, I've fixed it, though I'm not sure how I managed to do that. All I did was delete all of my custom friends groups and filters and re-create them. Oh well!

Glad to hear you could solve it! Although I'm still wondering about what caused the issue in the first place.
