Space Under Menu

I have a quick, and I think simple question. I want to add a space between the menu and my first entry but I'm not sure how. Something small like the dividers I have between each entry (example). Is there a way to do this?

Change your margin of the maincontent to something like: margin: 10px 0px 0px 0px;

Thank you so much but it didn't seem to change things. There's still no space between the menu and first entry.
