(SOLVED) space under userpics & large subject area

Hi! I have two issues that are really bugging me. The first is that there's a bit of a gap directly under the userpic in an entry. The second is that, when there is no subject provided, the background area for the subject is stretched out. I am using a free / plus account (I'll be using plus when I test out comment pages) and the live preview is at victuras
