FF vs IE

[mixremix]

I've been working on this layout for a few hours, and I've finally managed to make it work in both Firefox & IE with browser hacks.

Unfortunately, there is one issue that I haven't been able to fix. There is a huge gap between my date & subject & the entry when I look at it in IE, yet it's perfect in Firefox?

Please help! I'm tearing my hair out here :(
