Icons : Key words on hover?

I know that there are certain layouts that in comments when you hover over a user icon either just the keywords appear, or the name and keywords for the icons appear.

It's definitely a theme layer change. Did you want the pop-up for entries, comments, or both?

I had to go digging through the server code repository to figure this out, but it appears to be working. The downside is that it looks like it isn't possible to access userpic keywords for entries, only for comments. Look at any individual entry page in the site scheme to see what I mean-- the top-level entry only shows the user's name in the pop-up. That being said, the response was also too long for a comment, so I posted a new tutorial. ;)
