SOLVED: Header is uncentered and title too large

Okay, so I'm fairly awful at technology and I have no idea how to fix this; basically, my header (which you can see on the same lj I use to post this) is just a few pixels off-center for no apparent reason. I'd also like to make the title smaller and italic if I can; the title is just the automatic one lj uses, which becomes your username if you try to get rid of it.

I'm using Google Chrome, and layout #02, but this same problem occured when I was using the Nebula layout.
