Several Questions about Weston Blue layout

Alright, I just started using this layout for the first time and have a few questions.

1. I want to move the date close to the entry title and in turn move everything in the entry up as well.

2. I'd like to move the text to the right of my userpic more to the right (maybe about 5px) and movie the text that wraps under my userpic by about the same, to make it look a bit tighter.

3. I have a border around my userpics on my entry and I'd like one around my default userpic on the sidebar as well.

4. I have a special icon for the "user" instead of the default from LJ but it doesn't appear next to my username on the navigation strip.

5. I want to remove the blue/purple outline from around tags when I hover over them.

6. I need to center the mood theme pic next to the word "Mood" and then move the text for the mood (i.e. happy, sad, etc.) underneath the mood theme pic instead of next to it.
