There's a post about the flag & track links in the tutorial tag somewhere, but I think it may not be 100% correct. This seems to work, though:
.asset-meta-list a[href*=flag],
.asset-meta-list a[href*="subscr"] { display: none;}

I made a tutorial for changing entry tool bar links to images. The process for changing it for comments is similar, just more involved. I could have sworn I wrote up the code for it earlier. I guess I just never posted it here. It'll take a bit more time to write up.
