Image address of Security and User/Community icons changed?

When did the address of the security and user/community icons change? I just noticed it today. Does that mean if we want our own custom icons to show up (instead of one for all) that we need to change the address in the code?

It seems that both images show but for the customizations only one icon is showing for both user/community when two are defined and one for lock/private when I have two defined.
