S2 style with quick reply and 100% page width
I have stayed with S1 for the longest time for the lack of a suitable S2 style.
I want three features:
1. Simple layout like Generator.
2. Quick reply enabled.
3. Ability to make the page width for entries 100% (rather than relying on pixel size). It would be nice for the recent entries page, but not necessary.
I've checked a variety of S2 styles and every one of them lacks all 3 of these together. For example, S2 generator lacks #3. For some reason, some others which do have quick reply only let you specify absolute pixel width or only percentages lower than 100%; I can't even understand why layouts would let you specify pixel and not percentage size, as that's just bad design.
