menubar links, add and remove?

Hi folks, I'm using a free account, smoothsailing on testgallery, I already have some custom CSS applied and I would like to remove the achive/calendar link from my menubar.

If it is not possible to remove it is it then possible to change it's target?

Also I would love to know how to add links to the menubar?
