Override Help
First off, thanks to everyone on here for all the info! So far I've done almost everything I want to just from reading the other posts! However, there's still a few things I'm confused on. I'm using the s2 system and am just doing some overrides, so I need to know how to do a few things that I couldn't find any info on.
I'm actually adjusting some stuff on InsaneJournal, since I'm going to be using that alongside my LiveJournal, but the system is identical. My journal is here.
Basically what I want to do is remove all the green bars, and get rid of all the stripy bars (although really I'd kind of like to replace them, maybe save the image, make it purple, upload it to my own account and somehow make that show up there instead?) I was able to remove SOME of the bars from seeing a previous entry, but not the ones that are left there. I also would like to put some kind of box around my user icons on my posts and on my side bar. Also, I can't figure out how to change the link colors on my calendar. I'd also like to know if there's any way to make my tags into a 'tag cloud'? And the last thing is the little arrows on the side bar, I'd like to either change them to purple or remove them or replace them with something else. Oh, and I'd like to remove the 'powered by' box if possible.
Phew, that's a lot. I hope someone has some idea of how to do that stuff, I can't figure that out. x.x Otherwise it's all like I want it, I think. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help!!!
