so I finally got around to changing the layout...still going with simple...the best way...of course as I said before I have no skills..all that has been thrown out the window ages ago...so all this is thanks to cakeholes

My favorite place to get layouts is palebird. There's also mintyapple in case you wanted to know. Let me know if you need help with anything. :D

thanks lei! I will check them out next time I feel for a change but for now i'm quite satisfied with this one...unless you know how to cover up the ads without having to upgrade cuz I'm just too poor for that..lol

lol, I don't see any ads on LJ 'cause of my paid account, BUT, when I had basic/plus accounts, I'd place the ads "in between entries".

Journal > Customize Journal Style > (right side) Select a different theme > (scroll all the way down) > 3. Choose a page setup > Ad Placement >> BETWEEN ENTRIES.
