Just a quick reminder...
As stated in this plotting post: Dystopian Flux zombies are contained within Veles' walls during the event. This was done out of respect for those people who have phobias/triggers about zombies.
This does not mean that Adstring people who were infected cannot return to Adstring, it merely means that Veles guards are not stupid enough to contaminate another society. So please keep this in mind while you're playing out chaos.
Also, today is the day that the 'native zombies' of Veles will be contained/destroyed/dealt with. That way there's some recovery time before the event ends.
