i want to go to the city,
and no one wants to go,
no one has money,
& whatever other excuse you can pull out.
but everyone has money to drink everynight
and to buy $6 pack of ciggarettes.
but not $5.00 for the bus?

i havent been to the beach all summer
but no one stops to think
"hey maybe we should ask jess,
since shes been dying to go since the winter"
now why would anyone do that?
i know why they don't..
