(no subject)
I'm 21 now. I don't really feel any different though. I had the typical 'go buy alcohol' comments but that's not really a big deal to me. :) I didn't do a whole lot, just went to lunch at Jaspers with my parents, ryan, my sister and her fiance Rob. I got a nice sweater from my parents and some cds from my sister that I'll need for my digital photography class next semester. Money from grandparents. Ryan got me a new hair straightener which was also from his mom cause they split the price. ($100) But I love it! For Christmas I got a Nikon D40 from my parents which was also a birthday present. I love it too! And I bought more makeup which was a birthday present to myself. ;)
What else, what else.
Christmas was good. I got some sweaters, giftcards, money, and other misc. stuff. Ryan got me makeup from MAC that I picked out. I was pretty excited about that, haha. He also got me this purse that I had my eye on in Metropark (LOVE it) and he wrote me a song! :D He's just wonderful<3 Ryan and I left Christmas day to go down to South Carolina to see his family. His family is awesome! They actually waited to open gifts when we got there, which was like 11 o'clock at night. His mom got me way more than I expected and it made me feel really good that she would think of me like part of the family. :)
My parents took care of his cat while we were gone and she actually stayed again last night. She came up stairs into my room and cuddled with me. Brought back memories when I had my kitty. =( Unfortunately in the middle of the night she woke me up as she puked on my bed. Yeaaaah. NASTY. She ran out as soon as she did it while I cleaned it up and then she woke me up once again to sleep with me. I love kitties! Sadly she had to go home with Ryan today.
OH! and new hair. It's shorter with layers, bangs, and its a mixture of red/purple/brown!
