House on the Rock
Weeks ago I promised a post about our trip to House on the Rock in Wisconsin.
I've finally uploaded all of my best photos (most of them with decently detailed descriptions) from the visit--over 300 of them.
They're in the set in the order that I took them as we wandered through that strange, intense place.
Go and see.
I want to go back there, for certain. It's just such a fun-house weird attraction, filled with beautiful things.
omnisti and I dream of filming a music video there and, since there's a resort attached, holding s00j Con there someday.

In other news:
gingerdoss and I started work on the Tricky Pixie album mixes yesterday. The first day of recording can be a tough one in our case, because it has lately involved converting an existing space into a decent recording studio. Being on the road has its pros and cons, you see. But we got the basement set up to our satisfaction, and we worked on "Alligator", "Ballad of the Boy Cat", and "Carousel." We'll pick up work on "Carousel" this morning and roll on down the alphabet through today.
