Our Orycon Schedule
Friday:
Arrive at the hotel at noon, get badges and passes and such.
Panel at 3pm, in Medford (lower level 1)
So You Want To Produce a CD (with Alec)
Concert Prep: Salon E (lower level 1, one floor down from the lobby)
Load-in: 4:30
Sound Check: 4:45
On-stage: 7:45 (ish)
Performance Start: 8:00
Performance End: 9:30
Off-stage: liesurely
Between sound check and call time, we'll all no doubt be eating and getting pretty. Don't expect to see much of me during that time.
Saturday
This morning there will be Kitten Sundae rehearsal somewhere, somehow.
1:30PM-2:30PM Autograph Table Signing with Alexander James Adams (we're totally sitting in, at Alec's behest, don't worry)
At 2pm, Ash Productions will perform in the Columbia room, followed by Vixy & Tony at 2:30. We will be there. You should, too.
3:00PM-4:00PM Columbia Room Skinny White Chick Concert (which Vixy & Tony are not missing)
For those who haven't figured out the pattern, this is basically a non-stop rock block. :D
4:00PM-5:30PM Columbia Room Jam In The Key of C
Columbia is on the lobby floor
Autograph tables are scheduled to be set up in Salon F, also on lower level 1
Sunday
10:30AM-11:30AM Salon E Alexander James Adams concert (yeah, we're there)
1:00PM-1:30PM Autograph Table 2 Signing with S. J. Tucker & Betsy Tinney (in which we wave bye-bye)
My personal goals for the weekend include kicking a lot of ass, wearing Mr. Todd at some point (without the nasty white hair spray this time), sneaking lunch with skarlett and initiatezathras on Saturday if at all possible, QT with my fellow NW bards as this is my last hurrah before my holiday break, and a little shoppin'. Must remember to ask omnisti to carry his tiny listening station of doom at all times, for the purpose of luring new fans with ease.
Now back to the dance of packing and driving.
