RIP Isaac

Memphis surely mourns.
I am partly glad, partly not glad not to be there.

In happier news, my knees are sore from tango, poi spinning, and hooping in a green and purple ball gown (songs on the playlist included mine and

You are truly a performer dear. You picked up the tango so quickly it was such a joy to dance with you. I loved dancing with you and stealthcello to all my favorite artists, Hooray for filk at my wedding reception. If you or anyone else is curious about the full playlist I can look it up for you :)

I would love to know where to find the 'gypsy dance, gypsy sing' song and the 'fools like us' song. Those were new to me, and lovely.

You are still in possession of The Hat That Looks Good On Everyone. Take solace in that.

...The state of hat-ed-ness remains in you, with a hat on or no... *flute music*

Corrected I stand. I did not know that.

Still means that, one way or another, I shall encounter The Hat That Looks Good On Everyone.

(Hi, s00j. I hope you don't mind this hat discussion occurring in your journal...)

Loved the show. The Cheshire Cat song was the perfect segue from "Girl That's Never Been" (and you were even wearing striped socks!).... and Salad of Doom... hee hee hee... "we do now!"

we threw a party and everybody came.

In the finest Jimmy Buffett tradition... just coffee instead of margaritas :)

I was beginning to wonder after y'all "ended" on The Pixie Can't Sleep, but then you strapped on the djembe and launched into Firebird's Child... right up there with March of Cambreadth for a raise-the-roof song. w00t. And t'hell with the mike, when you're going at Mach 2 with your hair on fire (and the crowd is throwing it back at you like gas on a bonfire) you don't need no steenking mike :)

One is curious. Tango. Alligator? :)
