It all happened so fast...

One minute, I was in Boston, enjoying Fletcher and everything in between. Then my family comes, and suddenly, I'm graduating, and then I find myself back here.

My last five months in Fletcher went by so quickly. The ski trip was awesome, and I improved my skills and went down higher slopes. The blizzard Nemo kept us indoors. The trip to Chicago to see batchmates and gzep was awesome. The bombing during the marathon got all of Boston together. My graduation was a cool reunion of family from all over.

And now I'm back.

I've been back for more than a month now. I went straight back to work as soon as I landed; I hit the ground running. This is actually my first lazy weekend in a while.

I didn't get the proper opportunity to say goodbye to Boston. Sure, there were times during the miserable cold when I'd wonder what I'd gotten myself into, but more often were the times I'd be walking around Davis Square and I'd see my surroundings with a renewed wonder.

The master's degree is only a small part of the whole experience. The sights, sounds, people, and love will always be with me. Boston is now a part of me. Those are two years that I'll never forget.

So, now, I'm cooling my heels before my job sends me god-knows-where. Till then, my significant other is flying over here and staying for a pretty long time, so it'll be my turn to introduce him to new sights and sounds in a place that I call home.
